  2. introduction • Milk is a staple diet for many people since ancient times. • Pure cow milk and dairy products provide a wealth of nutrition benefits. • While choosing milk and milk products, it is important to consider whether it is pasteurized or not. • Pasteurization is a well-tested process turns raw milk into the pasteurized milk that you can buy at the grocery store.

Stay safe from the bacteria • To prevent milk from getting spoiled early and stay safe from the bacteria, scientists developed the pasteurization technique for milk and dairy products. • Doing so sterilizes the milk by eliminating pathogens and vegetative bacteria, which ultimately extends the milk’s shelf life before the final consumption, and makes it safe for every age-group.
