Priority Points 1 point = coming to meetings You can miss one meeting ½ point = 1 community service project ½ point = 1 Community Service Committee and/or Show Committee/PR Committee (Behind the Curtain) If you cannot come to the meetings you can participate in another 2 projects or committees to receive your second point Sign in sheet during rehearsal week!!!

  3. Community Service Relay for Life- April 19, 2013 12pm-12am FUN FACT YOU CAN ONLY GO UNTIL 5PM  Door Collection- Food Drive for Dutchess Outreach. Bring in non-perishable food items for a community service point. Bring an item when buying tickets at the door and get tickets at pre-sale prices! Community Service Committee! Selling flowers or 50/50 raffle tickets Meet Monday at 9pm Sign up at the end of the meeting!

  4. Show Committee Greeters, selling tickets, checking tickets, handing out programs, selling apparel, concession stand, selling raffles for the raffle baskets! Receive ½ priority point!Will meet Tuesday night at 9pm Sign up at the end of the meeting Apparel is IN!!!! Please pick up your apparel at the end of the meeting!! Ticket Sales THANK YOU TO EVERYONE WHO BOUGHT PRESALE TICKETS! We will be having the FINAL PRESALE on Wednesday April 17th from 9pm-10:30pm in the Breezeway!
