  8. Conditions • The wetland impacts shall be minimized the greatest extent possible. This shall be accomplished by connecting proposed garage to the west side of the residence, locating the driveway only on parcel 23-24-31-4660-00-260 and construction of a retaining wall around the fill area. • Prior to initiating any construction within the wetlands to be impacted EPD must receive a letter of verification from TM-Econ Mitigation Bank, or other appropriate mitigation bank approved by EPD, stating that the transaction regarding the transfer of 1.08 mitigation credits has been completed. • In the event that the permittee does not successfully complete the transaction to obtain 1.08 credits from an approved mitigation bank, the permittee shall obtain a permit modification to provide alternative mitigation for the wetland impacts prior to commencement of construction activities.

  9. Action Requested • ACTION REQUESTED: • Approval of the Conservation Area Impact Permit Application, subject to the revisions of the site plan, purchase of the additional 0.50 credits from the appropriate mitigation bank and the 28 conditions.
