  4. Outre les masses intra-mammaires, l’IRMmontre des lésions d’extension au niveau des plans profonds pectoraux, ce que n’aurait pas permis de détecter compte-tenu de leur topographiel’angio-mammographie. Il s’agit donc une des limites de cette technique dans le cadre du bilan d’extension.
