  1. Mockups: • This is the App Icon that should appear on the Mobile Phone

  2. Mockups: • This is the first screen. Only displayed while loading.

  3. Mockups: • This is the login page. It should be just held for a few seconds before loading the accounts page

  4. Mockups: Flow 1+2 • This is the main screen. The user can only click on the savings account of the contact us button • This contact us button leads to the IVR screens. The savings account leads to a transaction view of the account

  5. Mockups: Flow 1 • These are the IVR screens. The user can only select mortgage inquires for the purposes of the demo • The accounts button brings us back to the accounts page

  6. Mockups: Flow 1 • When the user selects Mortgage Inquires this is the screen • If the user selects new application a call will be initiated • The user can also click application status • The accounts button will bring us back to the accounts screen

  7. Mockups: Flow 1 • User has selected application status and is prompted for the reference number and a security question • A call will be initiated by the phone icon on the upper right • The accounts tab will bring us back to the accounts page

  8. Mockups: Flow 2 • If user clicks savings account accounts screen they land here. From here the user can click on Accounts to return to previous screen or bank charges transaction to initiate a call
