  3. its activities contacts the company MARKSA: A CONTROLLED WORLDOur job is to guarantee the stable temperature of a process in the medical, chemical, foodstuffs or other industry. We are the first company to which machine-tool manufacturers turn when they need to have the temperature of their spindles, oil vats, electrical equipment boxes, etc. stabilised. We also cool furnaces, lasers and even automatic drink distributors. To meet the requirements of our many customers, our workshops manufacture our coolers paying particular attention to the ecological criteria of the modern age, reliability, and not forgetting competitiveness.OUR PRODUCTSOur standard CSW type or customised CPW water chillers and CSO and CPO oil units, our GH heat-exchangers and our CST stabilisers come as compact units ready for use. They are intended to maintain the temperature of a liquid using a digital thermostat and display. They are of simple manufacture and allow for effective cooling at a very competitive price. They meet current European safety and environmental standards. 12. its activities contacts the company CSO STANDARD RANGE The CSO product family is identical to the CSW series except thatthe liquid to be cooled is oil rather than water. The immersed pump as well as the evaporator (exchanger) are adapted in order to compensate for the fundamental differences of viscosity and specific heat between these two fluids. For the technical details, return to the REFRIGERATION OIL CHILLERS standard CSO range customised CPO range water chillers. © 2007 marksa

  18. its activities contacts the company HIGHER POWER CPO OIL CHILLERS For powers higher than 9 kw, we work to specifications that we evolve with our customer.Often, systems combining a CSW water-refrigerating unit with a water/oil exchanger are more powerful.Questions of size also induce us to find specific solutions to each case. Our metalwork shop guarantees flexibility and an infinite range of possibilities exactly answering the request.Do not hesitate to contact us so that we may together prepare the specifications for your project. 19. its activities contacts the company EXCHANGER SYSTEMSWhen the customer has a centralised installation, it is often more judicious to use that to cool a machine or a new industrial process.Marksa has a family of exchangers or exchanger systems to precisely meet the customer’s expectations.Plaque, tubular or spiral exchangers, made of stainless steel, copper, copper with aluminium fins, copper with specific coatings for aggressive fluids, etc.Water/water, water/oil exchangers, etc. REFRIGERATION EXCHANGER SYSTEMS © 2007 marksa

  20. its activities contacts the company CUSTOMISED SYSTEMSWe design a specific refrigerating machine on the basis of specifications defined in close co-operation with our customer, in order scrupulously to meet its expectations.Dimensions, power, fluid to be cooled, with or without pump, with or without tank, special colour, piping, etc. REFRIGERATION CUSTOMISED SYSTEMS © 2007 marksa

  21. its activities contacts the company STABILISING SYSTEMSWe have developed a system especially for screw-cutting machines to maintain a vat of oil at the right temperature regardless of the environmental climatic conditions of the premises in which these machines are housed (Too cold an ambient temperature in Winter or too hot in Summer). Our stabilising systems convey water at an adequate temperature to an exchanger immersed in the hydraulic vat. An ideally-placed temperature sensor actuates the heating or cooling function. This discrete, effective, safe and competitive solution increases performances and greatly reduces machine-tool temperature-setting times and mainly those of screw-cutting machines. These systems are easily adaptable to all other machines. 22. its activities contacts the company ADVANTAGES OF THE MARKSA CST STABILISER- Oil is always at an optimum temperature- No time wasted on setting the temperature of the machine- Safe solution (no contact between the radiator and the oil)- Less frequent oil replacement - Less influence of oil on the heating of the machine room - Possibility of machining special alloys (titanium)- Solution which does not require oil filtration (despite the presence of many turnings)- Possibility of integrating this solution into a global cooling system (spindle, electrical equipment box, machine shop)- Timer control possible as optional - Air-conditioning of the premises not judicious REFRIGERATION STABILISING SYSTEMS stabilising advantages Marksa CST © 2007 marksa
