CASS: Money matters • A no-capital approach to pilot for SCURL • NLS aim for cost-neutral project • Inclusive rate per linear metre negotiated to include: storage; electronic & packet delivery; photocopy; fax; database, management & administration costs-but not physical delivery to home institution • Rate fixed for 5 years and space commitment by participating libraries Kuopio Conference 2004
