Title of the Action: Recovery support to the flood affected and continually water logged families of South west Bangladesh Principal Objective: To address the acute emergency needs of the water logging people in the sector of food security Specific Objective: Ensure that targeted communities have access to adequate and appropriate food to uphold their survival and prevent erosion of assets in a manner that fosters early livelihood recovery, reduce vulnerability and uphold dignity

  6. Beneficiary Selection Criteria • Most vulnerable and worst affected families • Extremely Poor Families • Women Headed HHs • Person with Disabilities • House hold with completely shelter lost • Minority & socially excluded group • Old ages people with caretakers • Pregnant & lactating women

  7. Community led Approach • Informed Letter to Stakeholders (DC, UNO, Upazila Chairman, UP Chairman) • FGD - Primary beneficiary list preparation • Household Survey • Beneficiary list validation • Beneficiary list endorsement by UP Chairman & Respective Officials • Beneficiary List Finalization
