  2. David Kutek is an NC based professional having more than 25 years of experience as a district attorney. He has been appointed for the judicial district and works under the state law. In addition to this, he interviews victims and witnesses, performs legal research, and evaluates police reports in order to plan the prosecution of each case.

  3. He presents evidence which could be in the form of witness in front of the grand jury. The members of the jury decide whether it is the exact cause for a criminal charge or not. Being one of the most senior legal officers, David Kutek deals with serious matters related to the state law. He along with his team makes sure that the state laws are followed properly.

  4. If he decides to go forward with a case, he thoroughly studies all the evidence involved in it. He generally relies on the police to provide sufficient evidence related to the crime. He is often given a choice to negotiate with defendant’s attorney for a plea bargain.
