Evaluation of the FIN-D2D • The feasibility, effectiveness and costs of the FIN-D2D will be evaluated according to a spesific evaluation plan • Evaluation includes comparison of five geographical areas of FIN-D2D to the rest of Finland regarding for example incidence of T2D and prevalence of undiagnosed T2D Dehko 2D Project (D2D) 2003–2007 Finnish Diabetes Association
