  6. Reproduction (pgs. 158-59) • When a flower is pollinated, a grain of pollen falls on the stigma • The part of the flower called the ovule is where the sperm and egg join together.

  7. Types of Angiosperms (pg 160) • The two major groups of angiosperms are monocots and dicots. • The embryo in a seed gets food from the cotyledon, or seed leaf.
