  1. CHAPTER-5 Project Goal: Identify the “Scope of Contribution” within a job role

  2. Identify the “contribution possibilities” within a job role • I would be interested in power generating station. • I will do my best. • Try to solve the problem of generator , motor , etc. • I would help the other person. • I will try to increase the efficiency of generator & motor. • I concerned about the development of my team member as well as develop of my own capability as leader. • The major responsibility of an electronics engineering is to invent new ideas by which we can gain more electricity without more loss of money.

  3. Learn as much as you can about your company or agency, its missions and ideals, and the context in which it operates. • Look at your daily routine, including meetings, communications, and processes, and think of ways to streamline what you and your colleagues do. • Keep up with technical developments in your field and make sure to share significant new information with your co-workers;. • Evaluate your group's relationships with customers and suppliers and try to think of ways to improve understanding and cooperation. • Identify any morale or productivity problems in your group and try to determine what might be causing them. • Offer to work on special projects or to help a co-worker swamped with unanticipated workload. • Suggest ways to make the office atmosphere more relaxed and inclusive of all its members.

  4. By far the best way to stimulate your world is to actively, joyfully participate in it. • Merely by walking around outside, you provide profound cultural value. • Culture is nothing more than the people in it, and without those people, it is nothing. This is admittedly a little bit of an unconventional way of looking at things, so let’s consider a concrete example. • Joe is an insurance analyst. He gets up very early and drives to work, further congesting the already overcrowded morning rush. • During the drive, his car pumps poison into the air. • At work, he alternates between slacking off and doing insurance analysis, with an emphasis on the former but always with great care to look busy. What little analysis he performs is used by the company to maximize profits through tiny tweaks to peoples’ insurance rates. • He goes home, his car pumping more toxin into the world. Exhausted, he watches some TV and hits the sack.

  5. The opportunity a person working in the job he was develop of his own capability. • I motivate the team member to work better and better and growth the organization. • As an engineer we can provide to better service to the society. • Developing society by inventing and moralizing the child about the society goals. • Give some knowledge about technology. • Give some money to poor person for his child education.
