SIOPEL 6 – STS Supplies to Non-European Countries (currently Australia, New Zealand, Malaysia & USA) Almac Clinical Services US will be closed for Christmas and New Years on Thursday 24th & Friday 25th December and Thursday 31st December & Friday 1 January 2010. Ambient shipments to (Domestic) - Last shipment date will be Wednesday 23rd December Temperature controlled shipments (Domestic) - Last shipment date will be Wednesday 23rd December Ambient shipments to Rest of World Countries - Last shipment date will be Friday 18th Temperature controlled shipments to Rest of World Countries - Last shipment date will be Friday 18th December Any consignments shipped outside of the suggested dates above cannot be guaranteed delivery prior to the 24th December. If delivery does not take place by 24th December the shipment may be held in uncontrolled courier warehouses until 28th December at the earliest. In some countries customs may not be operational on 28th - 31st December therefore delivery may not take place until after 4 January 2010. Distribution operational plans over the Christmas and New Years period are as follows: Mon 21st Dec - Normal business operations Tues 22nd Dec - Normal business operations Wed 23rd Dec - Normal business operations Thursday 24th & Friday 25th Dec - Almac will be closed. Mon 28th Dec - Normal business operations Tue 29th Dec - Normal business operations Wed 30th Dec - Normal business operations Thursday 31st Dec & Fri 1st January-  Almac will be closed Normal service will resume on Monday 4 January 2010.

SIOPEL 6 – STS Supplies to European Countries Almac Clinical Services US will be closed for Christmas and New Years on Thursday 24th & Friday 25th December and Thursday 31st December & Friday 1 January 2010. Ambient, Temperate and Cold chain shipments to EU Countries - Last shipment date will be Mon 21st Dec, those with guaranteed next day delivery may be despatched on 22nd December. Ambient, Temperate and Cold chain shipments to Rest of World Countries - Last shipment date will be Mon 14th Tues 15th or Wed 16th December depending on the country of destination .   Any consignments shipped outside of the suggested dates above cannot be guaranteed delivery prior to the 23rd/24th Dec. If delivery does not take place by 23rd December the shipment may be held in uncontrolled courier warehouses until 29th Dec ember at the earliest. In some countries customs may not be operational on 29th - 31st December therefore delivery may not take place until 4 January 2010. We would ask you to consider your requirements over the Christmas period and where possible we would request that all orders due to be raised week commencing 7th, 14th and 21st December are ordered without further delay. Almac Distribution operational plans over the Christmas period are as follows: Thurs 24th Dec - Office cover only for queries - no order processing.  Office closes at 12 noon. Fri 25th and Mon 28th - Closed Tues 29th Dec - 0800 to 1700 Wed 30th Dec - 0800 to 1700 Thurs 31st Dec - 0800 to 1700 Fri 01st Jan - Closed Normal service will resume on Monday 4 January 2010.
