  1. A beautifully restored XVIIth century parish church estate comprised of main building and two cottages.

  2. The main building is a 17th century parish church on three floors, built in pink and white stone. It has a floor area of 500 m2. The ground floor has large living room with 17th century stone fireplace, dining room with 15th century stone fireplace, kitchen with stone fireplace, bedroom, bathroom and bath anteroom. The first floor has large bedroom and bathroom with shower and whirlpool bath, bedroom with en-suite bathroom and dressing area, a large bedroom with 17th century stone fireplace and bathroom with bathtub.

  3. The basement houses a cellar, technical room, laundry and ironing room. The ceilings are supported by ancient oak wooden beams and rafters, the tiles are antique and have been treated with natural wax. The floor is in terracotta tiles and treated with natural wax. The doors date back to 16th-17th centuries, while windows and shutters are made of varnished chestnut wood.

  4. The Cottages Cottage #1 is built in white and pink bricks; it was formerly a farm annex. Located on one floor (117 m2 surface) and consists of large living room, kitchen, and two bedrooms with two bathrooms (one en-suite); in the living room there is a large brick fireplace dating back to 17th century. Cottage #2 is also built with white and pink bricks; it was formerly a barn. Located on one floor (71 m2 surface) and consists of living room with brick fireplace, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom.

  5. The complex is placed on the top of a hill to an altitude of 500 meters above sea-level, with a 360 degree view. The estate lands extend to about 10,000 m2. One enters the property through an iron-made gate which is mounted on two columns and two white and pink stone wall wings; the whole estate is fenced. The garden consists of about 2,000 m2 of lawn with automatic irrigation plant; part of the garden is an orchard, while the area surrounding the swimming pool is a young olive tree grove. Other wood areas include secular pine trees, oaks and olive trees. Slopes are covered with Rosemary.

  6. Swimming pool 15 m x 5m with automatic closing. There is a paved area around the pool of 100 m2 and under this area is a basement. This room is used for the pool equipment and storage of sun loungers etc. There is also a bathroom. The parking zone and other areas near the buildings are laid with gravel. In the northern side of the main building, near the boiler room, there is a reinforced concrete 100,000 litre water tank linked to a natural source through an aqueduct at about 1 km away. 50lt of water arrives per minute.
