Off-Cycle Submission • How do we define “off-cycle”? • Any grant application submitted between October 2 and May 1 • Deadline to submit off-cycle applications (non-funded) is May 1 prior to fall implementation • To apply for funding, updated applications must be submitted by October 1 of the implementation year
