Standar  All holes regardless of 8size will be penalized 4 points  No linear yard is to be penalized more than 4 points  The average point value per shipment should not exceed 28 points per 100 square yards  Individual rolls exceeding 40 8points will be rejected and put out of 2production process  The maximum number of 1-point defect per 10 square yards is 20. But the average number of 1-point defects must be 14 or less per fabric delivery. MAJOR & MINOR DEFECTS: MAJOR DEFECTS: A defect that if so conspicuous that it would cause the item to be a ‘Second ’ is called a major defect. KNITTING SECTION INTRODUCTION Knitting is one kind of fabric manufacturing process in which fabric is produced by interlooping among loops formed by single or several yarn feeding simultanesously.Knitted fabrics produced with stitch formation. Stitch is most important structural element of knitted fabrics .The stitch consists of a head ,two legs ,two feet and upper&lower connection point. Knitting Process Flow Chart Yarn collect by cone package from spinning Setup yarn on creel Yarn passage through different tentioner and possitive feeder Adjust stitch length and GSM by VDQ pulley Produce ½ inch fabric and inspection Knitting the fabrics and without any fault / If fault correct it Cut the roll of fabric Marking theroll Inspection and grading according to Quality Control Transferred the fabric to grey store.
