Mr. Lalit Kumar Jain is the sole proprietor of Kumar Builders and is nicknamed as the “Green Man of Pune” for his eco-friendly nature. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from Dyaneshwar Vidhyapeeth, Pune. Mr. Jain has been the Managing Director of Kumar Urban Development Limited (KUL) also known as Kul Kumar Builders since February 3, 2003. He started his career as a supervisor in a Pune based company and contributed to make it handsome profits. Excellent in performance, he later joined his father Late Shri Kesarimalji Kamdar’s business Kumar & Co and Mastered legal knowledge and the government policies.<br><br>With company motto “We Build Trust” he practises what he preaches. Small wonders and over a period of time his business grew and Kumar Builders quickly became a name for quality real estate in Pune. Lalit Kumar started with the development of 35,000 sq ft within a very short tenure of 5 years he delivered 1.4 million sq ft spaces.<br><br>He has carved a niche for himself in Pune construction with more than 100 projects and over 14,000 tenements, setting a benchmark and trust. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from Dyaneshwar Vidhyapeeth, Pune.   4. He serves as a Trustee of Kruti Family Trust, H.U.F. and L.K. Jain (HUF). He serves as the President of the Pune District Amateur Athletics Association. He serves as Vice President of CREDAI (West). He served as the President of Confederation of Real Estate Developers’ Associations of India (CREDAI). Mr. Jain took an active part in organizing the developer community. He was the youngest Secretary and President of the Promoters Builders Association of Poona (PBAP).

  5. Mr. Jain has been related with CREDAI ideal from its beginning. As the main convener of CREDAI national tradition in Vigyan Bhawan, he is likewise credited for assembling the biggest number of designers on one stage. He has been the Vice President of CREDAI twice and has fundamentally added to the organisation’s exercises and portrayals on strategy and legitimate issues. He was the First Convenor of National Convention for CREDAI at Vigyan Bhawan, Delhi. He is the convenor of Advantage Maharashtra and has been a piece of establishing Federation of Builders and Promoters Association of Maharashtra and CREDAI. He has been dynamic on different discussions of real estate designers and has been welcome to talk on different national and global gatherings and colleges as a specialist in the land.

Mr. Lalit Jain is the winner of Man of the Year in the year 2008 by Accommodation Times, Rashtriya Udyog Samman Puraskar for individual achievements in economic development in 2006, Pune Ratna Award for contribution in social and business field, 2006 and Nirman Bharti Rashtriya Samman for contribution for economic growth and social development by All India Business and Community Foundation (AIBCF), 2006.His uncommon thinking power and Skill to build trust in the people has helped Kumar Builders to be one of the most renowned, trusted and Best Builders in Pune.  For more info visit us: KUL BUILDERS
