  4. Tan, Rested, and Running Meet John Gunyou, Minnesota's Next Lieutenant Governor A lifelong public servant, John Gunyou has earned the trust of the state’s most respected leaders. John is widely regarded as one of Minnesota’s top budget experts, and has the experience to manage the state’s finances during challenging times. Today John serves as city manager of Minnetonka – a large suburban community recognized as one of the best-run cities in the nation.
