It reminded me about what I have learnt over the years and what I put in practice at work on a daily basis I had no idea of what the 360 degree profiling tool involved, but it was very easy to understand how the e-recognition worked. Overall I thought the process was good, easy and well supported, and would recommend the e-recognition. I feel more confident undertaking further study My knowledge & experience has been recognised I personally found everything run very smoothly and efficiently. I cannot think of anything you could do to improve things I have greater understanding of my role, also that I am never too old to research or complete tasks.
