  2. Signvec is the manufacturer and authorized distributor for many systems. Vision Engraving System is one of the many systems offered by Signvec. It deals in Vision machines like iMark it Engraver, Express Engraver, VE810 Engraver, VE810XD Engraver, Phoenix 1212 Engraver, Max Engraver, Max Pro Engraver, 16 Pro Series Engravers and 24 Series Engravers.

  3. The iMark it Engraver has an engraving area of 2.5”x6”. It uses the diamond drag engraving technique for engraving. It is an all in one engraver and does not require any computer or software for functioning. It is very easy to use hence no training is required.

  4. It has a full colour tilting display and provides an on-screen preview of engraving. The Express Engraver has a 6”x8” engraving area with an aluminum t-slot table. It has an Ethernet interface and comes with an integrated high-speed controller.

  5. It requires a minimal maintenance due to usage of linear rails and Teflon coated lead screws. It also features an electronic sensor that helps in automatic surface setting. The VE810 Engraver comes with an 8”x10” engraving area on an aluminum t-slot table with 1” spindle clearance.

  6. It has a LCD screen and integrated controller. It is constructed in a steel frame. It requires a minimal maintenance due to usage of linear rails and Teflon coated lead screws. It also features an electronic sensor that helps in automatic surface setting.

  7. The VE810XD Engraver is similar to the VE810 Engraver except for an added feature of having a ‘Deep Vise’ for engraving up to three and a quarter inches thick items. The Phoenix 1212 Engraver has an engraving area of 12”x12” on an aluminum t-slot table. It engraves items of thickness up to three and a quarter inches with optional ‘Deep Vise’.

  8. The Max Engraver comes with an 8”x12” aluminum t-slot table. It can engrave items up to 6” in diameter and flat items with dimensions up to 8”x12”x6”. It has a spindle that can perform 16000 RPM. It has engraving speed up to 10” per second. It has a motorized cylindrical engraver and work holding vise. It comes with an integrated series 3 controller and a cooling system for glass engraving.

  9. The 16 Pro Series Engravers come with 16”x12” or 16”x24” aluminum t-slot table with ruled edge guides. The special feature of this engraver is that it comes with an optional automatic Raster Braille inserter for automatic Braille bead insertion. engraves items up to 1.875" thick and includes Quick-Lock Vise, Vision Series 3 Controller and red laser pointer for easy setup.
