FY10 EBDMeeting Schedule • Face-to-face meeting etiquette: • Arrive on time • Cell phones set to quiet or off • Always respect the speaker and offer your full attention • Speak up and speak clearly • Avoid side-bar conversations • Avoid leaving the room except during meeting breaks • Avoid interrupting the speaker • During FY10 EBD team members will meet quarterly via teleconference or in-person. Each meeting is scheduled on a Thursday. Meetings will begin at 10:00 am. Any Face-to-face meetings will be scheduled in advance and team members notified. • The Standing agenda items are as listed below. Please be prepared to report. Other agenda items will be added as needed. • Previous Quarter and Year-to-date • results updates • VIE report • Promotions report • Team Captain reports • Conference call etiquette: • Call in on time • Wait for role call or announce yourself when you connect in • Use mute button when you are not speaking • Pay attention – avoid multi-tasking • Speak up and speak clearly • Avoid the HOLD button • Don’t sneak in or out
