But the question that remains to be answered is; just how lucrative are the top jobs in the IT sector? • Here are the top 15 highest paying IT jobs for 2017.

  3. 15. Performance • Engineer ($92,140) • The performance engineer has the responsibility of overseeing certain technical operations that are done within a business’s IT infrastructure. The performance engineer is a mid-level position that requires a college degree and some professional certifications.

  4. 14. Analytics • Manager ($93,500) • Managing data with a view to analyzing it in order to receive timely business insights are some of the core responsibilities of an analytical manager. It is a mid to senior-level position that requires you to have business analytics certifications.
