Structural Cognitive Modifiability • Intelligence is fluid, not fixed • Learning Potential Assessment Device (LPAD) • Used to understand a child’s modifiability • Assessment is key to program • Trainers must be thoroughly trained and concerned • Instrumental Enrichment (IE) • used to enhance the cognitive skills necessary for independent thinking

There are currently under way more than 1,000 research projects on his work throughout the world involving all age groups from infancy to old age, in every setting from jungles to board rooms, and with every ability level from the profoundly retarded to the highly gifted. The IE program has been translated into 18 languages, and there are more than 70 Authorized Training Centers throughout the world affiliated with the ICELP, carrying on the work by providing training, services, and program development.
