Conclusiones • La determinación de carga viral plasmática de VHB y VHC parece no realizarse de forma sistemática en todos los pacientes infectados por VIH y estos virus • VHB: no existen recomendaciones respecto a las coinfecciones por VHB • VHC: la no realización de genotipos y cargas virales en un número importante de pacientes sugiere una falta de cumplimiento de las recomendaciones actuales
