Sobha City - The Year 2019 In A Nutshell As the year 2019 comes to an end and we enter a new decade, here’s a quick look at the year that was for us, at SOBHA: Handover of villas in International City SOBHA commenced the delivery in Phase 2 of its villa-only township in NCR, International City by announcing the completion of 118 Duplex Villas. The township is being developed in phases and 190 villas of Phase 1 have already been handed over in 2018. International City has set new standards in Delhi NCR yet again with the delivery of these meticulously planned and beautifully crafted villas.

New tower launched at SOBHA CITY Following the success of 8 towers, SOBHA unveiled new homes in Tower B3 of SOBHA City which offer spacious 3-bedroom residences to cater to the rising demand of high quality premium homes in the National Capital Region. The response to this tower was as overwhelming as the views from the tower.

  3. Events and Festivities with great offers and deals 2019 turned out to be a great year for us as we welcomed many of our customers to the ever-growing SOBHA family. SOBHA became a Harvard Case Study The rare approach of SOBHA’s backward integration business model was recognized by Harvard Business School (HBS) and was taught as a Case Study, as part of HBS Case Collection. It was a proud moment for SOBHA that the student community of one of the best B-Schools of the world is studying SOBHA’s quality driven approach as a benchmark for their program. This case study reinstates SOBHA’s vision of ‘transforming the way people perceive quality’.

  4. 25 years of passion at work 2019 was indeed a celebratory year as SOBHA entered its 25th year of building quality products, passionate craftsmanship and consumer-centricity in the realty sector.
