Extend the Tübingen Stanford-type local scenario into a Guardian Angel System (GAL) 24-hour, real-time, emergency tele-consultation staffed with experts in medical crisis management using multimedia equipment to assess the remote patient or treatment problems. AV streams and vital data will be transmitted from the hospital to the GAL-Centre. The emergency physician will be equipped to communicate with the experts in the GAL.
