Summer Vacations Over! • Started the Education/Training of New Staff on Maintaining Patient Database (tracking labs and follow up required) • Identifying & Formalizing Standard Processes • Finalized Patient Care Flow Sheets

Challenges… • Staffing • Vacancies & Vacations • Time to Training/Educate New Nursing & Admin Staff • Motivation - Creating and Sustaining “Buy-In” from Team Members (New and Existing) • Patient Engagement • How to Connect Patients to the Team rather than the Individual so that Staffing Changes have less of an Impact on Client Care?
