This workshop is designed as a professional conversation to allow you the opportunity to explore the competency required to interpret a training package, conceptualise, design, develop and evaluate learning programs to meet an identified need for a group of learners, using appropriate criteria.

Topics: • Concepts • Defining the basis for using a Training Package and parameters of a learning program in consultation with the client/s - TNA • Conceptualise standards and courses in order to generate options for designing a learning program • Develop learning program content, delivery and assessment strategies and documentation • Design the structure of the learning program to support the AQF • Review the learning program

Tasks: • Undertaking a Training needs analysis • Selecting a training package to meet the client needs • Identifying content, resources, learning activities, assessment requirements • Determining content chunking, sequence, timing, delivery and assessment strategies, documentation • Evaluating and reviewing draft , obtaining client feedback and endorsement
