PX3542 Graphics Controller Features • 4- to 6-phase operation • Maximum current: 150A • Output voltage: 0.5V - 1.6V • Switching frequency: 100 kHz to 2 MHz • Internal high precision voltage reference • 10mV voltage setpoint accuracy • Startup and maximum voltages set through external resistor (tamper resistant) • 2-bit VID input for final voltage set • Programmed in NVM, vmax resistor limits max output • “Plug and play” extra phases • Driver detect prior to soft-start disables unpopulated phases • Phase dropping based on current balance
