  4. Purpose of ILT A. Analyze the Right Data: The ILT reviews relevant student information to uncover areas of success and areas of improvement while also monitoring instructional practices that led to student achievement. B. Ask Questions: The ILT relentlessly asks why specific problems exist in order to identify root causes. C. Create Action Items: The ILT creates action items to support teacher teams and teachers in their effort to address these root causes. D. Follow-Up: The ILT consistently follows-up on action items to ensure that they are implemented and achieve results.
