  2. Begin by opening a web browser, preferably ‘Google Chrome.’

  3. Type in the web address:www.google.com

  4. Make sure no one is already logged in under another name.

  5. Click on the square of little squares

  6. This is what you should see next

  7. Click on the triangle labeled ‘Drive.’

  8. A sign in page should open up. You do not need to create an account, one has already been made for you.

  9. Use your six digit student ID followed by @sausd.us for the e-mail. Remember, the password is your birthdate with 4 digits for the year! Here is the info for the student Google accounts.Students:Web URL- http://drive.google.comEmail: STUDENT_ID@sausd.usPassword: mmddyyyy 8-digit birthdate

  10. Once you are signed in, the screen may ask you about upgrading. Ignore this part and just go back to the Google page and click on the triangle again. It will also ask you if you want to download Google drive onto your computer. That is up to you but only do this for YOUR own computer.

  11. Congratulations! You have now accessed your SAUSD Google drive. You can also create a personal one but for sharing work with your teacher you MUST use the SAUSD account.
