  2. จุดประสงค์รายวิชา ๑. เพื่อให้มีความตระหนักเกี่ยวกับความปลอดภัยในงานเชื่อม ๒. เพื่อให้มีความเข้าใจหลักการออกแบบรอยต่อ อุปกรณ์จับยึดงานเชื่อมท่อ งานเชื่อมโครงสร้าง วิธีการตรวจสอบงานเชื่อมแบบทำลายสภาพและไม่ทำลายสภาพเบื้องต้นขอบเขตการยอมรับ ผลการตรวจสอบตามมาตรฐาน ISO ๕๘๑๗ และมาตรฐาน AWS D ๑.๑ ๓. เพื่อให้มีความสามารถเลือกใช้ลวดเชื่อมหุ้มฟลั๊กซ์ ชั้นคุณภาพต่างๆได้
