  5. What are the criteria? • No manual security override • Department • Collection Type • Current Valid Location • Identified as culturally sensitive (e.g. human remains)

  14. Step 1a • Determine which EMu record(s) the images should be attached to

  15. Step 1b • Create a shell record

  16. Step 1c • Attach shell record to existing Catalog record

  17. Step 2 • Create the standard image import CSV file and use the Import tool
