Intelsteer Power Saver Chip Programmer How to use the timed shut-off function) • Set the inspection mode as standard optimization mode • According to the acquired value, operators can casually setup any angles of flow smaller than or equal to this value as the timing stop level • Timed shut-off is preset • Shut-off timer can be set between 1second to 60 minutes and 59 seconds • Set the timing stop function in test mode to be whether input at the required level. The test mode will display countdown time, and the countdown will start

Intelsteer Power Saver Chip Programmer Energy storing feature • This function adopts kinetic force of the application equipment • The application scope covers high inertial load equipments such as fly-wheel punch and circular saw • This function and purpose are similar to the timing stop function, but are provided with the second type of function and purpose • The start/stop procedure of this function can avoid the generation of starting current • It is able to greatly increase the power saving rate of the aforesaid applications

Intelsteer Power Saver Chip Programmer Indicator Optimization Function • After contact pin 3 of input terminal TB1 is switched on, the current voltage of running motors will be reduced to a lower level by IntelSteer electric appliance • Make the power saving rate of the injection machine grow high in die sinking period • After contact pin 3 of input terminal TB1 is switched off, current voltage will return to normal level

Intelsteer Power Saver Chip Programmer Fixed Voltage • In the test mode, operators can setup output voltage level with the upper/lower key on the chip programmer • This function can be applied to test an application equipment to see whether it is provided with power saving room • Application of this function to constant load: It is highly useful to constant-load air compressor and pump • When necessary, operators can setup the dropping of voltage to a specific level in optimization period

  16. Intelsteer Power Saver Fixed Voltage • Application of operational keys • Operate the upper/lower key to increase or decrease voltage value (at a ratio of 1%) • Stroke the key Enter to reduce the voltage value by 5% • Stroke the key Esc to return the voltage value to line voltage level
