  3. 1/ Introduction Firstly, our Team focuses on trade-off the technique, and then arrived at using the Combination of Wideband Delphi and using the COCOMO II at calibrate. The Trade-off rational is described in part 2. Wideband Delphi and COCOMO II. Next, our Team defines some formulas in order to generate the estimation result, based closely on Lecture 16 – SMA slide of Martin. These formulas are described in detail in part 3. The assemble task formula. After that, our Team record and describe how we did the estimation using those technique, also explain which data in which deliverable. In this part, you will see that the origin Wideband Delphi process is tailored, and also the COCOMO II included. For detail, those information is described in part 4.The Combination of Wideband Delphi and COCOMO II estimation executing.

Team 2-1 generated a task list consisting of 10 major tasks: • Planning • Kick-off • Business Modeling • Requirements , Analysis & Design • Develop Control Account Plan 2 • Develop Control Account Plan 3 • Develop Control Account Plan 4 • Develop Control Account Plan 5 • Develop Control Account Plan 6 • Administration.
