  1. Create a Campaign TDC Homepage Scroll down to the bottom of the screen to find the Create a Campaign link.

  2. Create a Campaign SMART Program Links Click on Create Campaigns

  3. Create a Campaign Include Branches Use Filters to select dealer list. TCS Status: All ComfortSite dealers Not in TCS TCS 2009 Survey Only 2009 SMART Status: All ComfortSite dealers Enrolled in SMART Declined Enrollment Pending Enrollment Not in SMART Click on Search button

  4. Create a Campaign This is the list of dealers registered on ComfortSite based on the filter criteria selected above. Check the box in the header row to include all dealers listed on the page. Or Check box for individual dealers to be added to the campaign. Dealers can only be added to the campaign, one page at a time.

  5. Create a Campaign Apply common data to all dealer records for the campaign: Campaign Name Lead Source trane.com Start Date End Date Whisper Setting Phone number type Local Toll Free Click on Apply to Selected Rows (after checking rows on the dealer list below this screen)

  6. Create a Campaign Checking the box for any dealer and clicking on the Apply to Selected Rows will modify the dealer campaign record to match the data inputs at the top of this screen. Notice that the Target Phone Number can not be edited from this screen. That number is sourced from the dealer’s profile in the ComfortSite Administration Center. Whisper Setting will be turned on when the dealer enrolls in SMART

  7. Create a Campaign Be sure to click on the Save button at the bottom of the page before changing pages or exiting the application. A campaign can only be created for one page of dealers at a time.
