  2. Raising Hand • During an emergency it is important that students are quiet so they can hear instructions.

  3. All Safety Drills • Look for informational signs in each room • Walk quietly in hallways • Stay with your teacher in the classroom you are in • Stay quiet and listen for instructions • DO NOT PANIC – remain calm

  4. Fire Drill / Alarm • Fire Alarm sounds like a buzzer. • Be aware of how you should exit building from each room. • Every room has their own plan. • Check information by door.

  5. Tornado Drill • Tornado Alarm is a pulsating bell sound • Move quickly and quietly to the room’s assigned area • Kneel down with hands covering your head • Remain quiet until the teacher gives you the OK • Check for tornado drill info by the classroom doors

  6. Lockdowns • Listen to your teachers and staff members • Move quickly, quietly and remain calm • Follow the classroom instructions or teacher instructions • If during passing periods – find a room and hide
