  4. What’s out there? • Actually… nothing. • The space between celestial bodies is made up of nothing, not even air. • It’s super cold (not even measurable)

  5. Gravity • Force of attraction between two objects • Holds together the parts of the Solar System and keeps smaller objects in orbit around larger objects (keeps our moon orbiting us and not flying out into space)

  6. What we need to survive… • Water • Source of energy • Carbon dioxide • Oxygen • Warmth
