  3. Introduction to Payment We have different methods of payment in CCB like counter payment and online Payment.

  5. Payment Types Cont.. • Using Third Party service We have tie up with different payment bank like PayTM. Consumers uses their platform and make the payment.

Payment Types Cont.. • Vodafone M-Pesa customers can pay their UPPCL electricity bill through their mobile phones by downloading the Vodafone M-Pesa app or from USSD by dialing *400#, or visiting M-pesa portal (www.mpesa.in). Customers paying their bills through UPPCL website can also select M-Pesaas a payment option.

  7. In CCB We have published our services to payment Bank. Payment Bank fetches the Bill Amount and display to consumer. After the payment, these partners push the payment data into CCB using our web service.

  9. Using Portal Site Cont.. We have integrated our portal with the different payment gateways like ITZ and Tech Process. User gets redirected to particular PG website after selecting the particular PG on our portal.

  10. Using Portal Site Cont.. After the payment, User gets redirected back to portal so that he can do other work.

  11. Using Portal Site Cont.. After the payment, Consumer gets the Email and SMS

  12. Using Mobile • Mobile Web site • Mobile App Nightly running batch pushes the portal payment in CCB.
