  6. Partnership with Family Inclusion: • Have a parents Information meeting at the beginning of the year. • Ask Parents what is important to them about Youth Ministry • What resources can they share • Communication with parents One Young Person many mentors How are parents involved now?

  7. Endurance & Survival Biblical Leadership Qualities • Faithfulness to God • Obedience to God • Humility • Servant-hearted • ENDURANCE It’s a marathon! Not a sprint!
