  2. Class Policies – 4 P’s • Be prompt – in assigned seat when I am ready to begin • Be prepared with all supplies (textbook if needed) • Be polite • Participate

  3. WCI Handbook/Planner • All policies/rules apply • No eating in class—period. • Dress appropriately • Use restroom before class • Use your planner • Write down weekly assignments • Plan ahead

  4. If you are absent • Check the website: walnutcreeksd.org • Check the Absent bin • You have the number of days absent to make up absent work

  5. Late Work • Late work may only be turned in one day late with a late pass • Late passes may not be used for long-term assignments

  6. Grading • Grades - posted in the window by student number • It is your responsibility to keep your parents informed of your grade

  7. Tardies • I consider tardies disrespectful and I follow the tardy policy in the WCI handbook

  8. If you need to talk to me • Please don’t interrupt my teaching • Check with me at the beginning or end of class • I am usually here at least 30 minutes before and after school. • Write me a note • Send me an email

  9. I am the captain of this ship!
