And USA Spends 4 billion annually to identify PCOS. How do you cure PCOS by doing Yoga? Here in this article named “Yoga for PCOS Beginners”, I have told about some yoga steps you can do to cure PCOS. Here is some yoga for PCOS Beginners. 1. Bridge Pose or Setu bandha sarvangasana. 2. Cobra Pose. 3. Savasana/Corpse Pose. 4. Boat Pose. 5. Butterfly pose. If you follow these best yoga for PCOS problems. It will help you to cure your PCOS 1. Bridge pose or Setu Bandha Sarvangasana:- These yoga Poses work on endocrine glands( Exam:- Pineal, Thyroid). It helps to balance the hormones. Roll your Shoulders and try to touch your chin with your chest without moving your head. VI. Inhale and Exhale slowly. Maintain that pose for a minimum of 60 seconds. VII.
