Try folding your paper like a hot dog and then like a hot dog again. • Head your paper and title it “Grievances”. • Use “life”, “liberty”, and “happiness” as titles for column 2, 3 and 4. • Use column number 1 to number your paper from 1 to 26. Go onto the back if you need it.

  3. 三 Picture Day Grievances • In the picture line, read it to yourself and try to determine if the complaint is about life, liberty, or the pursuit of happiness. You will report your findings when we return. • I will be handing you a slip of paper. • These papers are the grievances in the Declaration of Independence (but in a slightly more modern language).
