Areas of Impact Health: • PepsiCo’s advertisement campaigns take advantages of teenagers and encourage them to buy and consume products that are harmful to their health • Teens are influenced by ad campaigns such as the ones PepsiCo advertised Governments & Politics: • Laws broken are as follows; • Agreeing to respect users privacy • Viral branding

Social & Ethical Issues Privacy & anonymity: • Users don’t know that their information is being used for marketing campaigns • Users are being tracked by the PepsiCo websites through their mobile devices Reliability: • Users don’t know that their information is being taken but they find the sites reliable because of the appearance • The sites are not reliable at all once the Privacy Policies are read Integrity: • The sites are honest but since the websites are made to attract teenagers they know that they wont read the Privacy Policies
