Weekly or monthly training sessions also provides by the company. Besides this, webinars, meetings, game sessions everything to boost your morale and for learning purposes organize by the company. If an employee has an interest in various technologies or has the willingness to explore and grab new opportunities, most likely he or she will get a chance easily. You will get a handsome salary hike and bonus every year. From time to time training is given to new joiners. Good work atmosphere and seniors are so much supportive and management is transparent. Sometimes you will face a huge workload but in that situation also seniors and subordinates support you in finishing the task on time.
