This beautiful 360 square meter (3875 square foot) private mansion is located in the historic Saint-Seurin neighborhood, in the heart of Bordeaux, a short walk (under 10 minutes) from the city center. This traditional XIX century hotel particulier is an impressive building with four bedrooms, three bathrooms, three living-rooms and a wonderfully spacious fully furnished kitchen opening onto a very nice dining room. The house also has a large terrace with an outdoor salon and a table that can accommodate dining for 6 to 8 people. The basement recently renovated in a modern style, offers overall, calm and comfort in a typical restful Bordeaux neighborhood.Ideal for families, couples or friends travelling together, the apartment can comfortably sleep eight people in 4 king-size beds, and up to four more beds can be added in two living-rooms.

In a typical Bordeaux style, with its buildings and stalls from the end of the XVIII and beginning of the XIX centuries, the Saint-Seurin neighbourhood has the precious advantage of being beautiful, quiet and residential, yet offering at the same time all the desirable amenities and conveniences. This house is ideally located to observe Bordeaux, "la belle endormie" ("sleeping beauty") and discover why the city has been classified a UNESCO World Heritage Site and the celebrated Bordeaux region, and lovely Atlantic coast. The first vineyards (Pessac-Léognan) are only 20 minutes from the house, in France's most famous wine region, and the fine sand dunes and beaches of the Atlantic Ocean just a short 60 kilometer drive away.

  4. Day 1: Medoc & Haut-Medoc • Airport pick up at a round 10:00. Drive home to settle in and freshen up. • Departure for the Medoc & Haut-Medoc area at 11:30. Discover the region along the way. • Lunch in Café Lavina at 13:00. • Visit of a second Grand Cru château with private tasting at 15:00. • More discovering of the region after the visit. Return home at around 18:30. • Aperitif served on the terrace at 20:00 following by a diner and wine tasting of Medoc and Haut Medoc Grand Crus bottles.

  5. Day 2: St Emilion & Pomerol • Breakfast in the Mansion • Departure for the St Emilion area at 10:30. Discover the region along the way. • Lunch in Restaurant le Grand Barrail at 13:00. • Visit of a St Emilion Grand Cru château with private tasting at 15:00. • More discovering of the region after the visit. Return home at around 18:30. • Aperitif served on the terrace at 20:00 following by a diner and wine tasting of St Emilion Grand Crus bottles.

  6. Day 3: Pessac Leognan • Breakfast in the Mansion • Departure for Pessac Leognan area at 10:00. Discover the region along the way. • Lunch in Restaurant du Lavoir de Caudalie at 13:00. • Visit of one of the best Pessac Leognan château with private tasting at 15:00. • More discovering of the region after the visit. Return home at around 18:30. • Aperitif served on the terrace at 20:00 following by a diner and wine tasting of Pessac Leognan bottles.

  7. Day 4: Departure • Breakfast in the Mantion. Departure for the airport around 11am. • Return to Paris where you will be picked up at the airport by our private chauffeur. Cost Approach • Everything is included (all transfers, accommodation, breakfasts, lunches (fixed menus) and diners, wine tasting every night, open bar (champagne, wines and spirits) in the house, ability for the client to decide on the menus at home prior to his arrival.
