What is it ? • The identity card of the diploma, issued in a “widely spoken” European language • A way to improve transparency and recognition • A model of information, • A supplement for any qualification, • A description of nature, level, context, contents and status of qualifications. The preamble • It must reproduce in extenso the official text elaborated by the European commission, the Council of Europe and UNESCO : “ This diploma supplement follows the model developped by…an explanation should give the reason why.” No changement is admitted… Jean-Luc LAMBOLEY, Bologna Expert

  9. Information on the level of qualification • Give the exact level respect to the national certification framework and the EQF.
