Behind the Blackboard Support • Multiple tickets on Same subject • Admins doing what was asked of them • Slowing down the process and creating more work for Angel Hosting  • Angel Technical Support Path for an Administrator • Confirm issue is not local • Try an off/on campus computer • Different Browser • Check with a colleague • Go to BtBb and see if there is already an open ticket on this subject • Yes there is an open ticket > then add to it • No there is not an open ticket > then please go ahead and open one • Report Ticket number and content to WAOL listserv. • Support Path AFTER Admin Submits a Ticket • Erik Thomas: Blackboard Engagement Manager
