Where the budget from • Mekong Institute under grand from New Zealand Aid 30%, • participants 4.29%, • In kind from partners such as Ministry of Industry Mine and Energy (MIME) , Chamber of Commerce of Cambodia (CCC) and Cambodian Women Entrepreneur Association (CWEA) 25.72% , • and from the Federation of Association of Small and Medium Enterprises of Cambodia (FASMEC) 39.99%.
