  4. Warm and Healthy Homes Partnership • Partnership of 5 local authorities across Thames Gateway • Funding and discounts to make residents’ homes safer, more energy efficient and reduce heating bills • Enough lifetime CO2 savings to fill 275,652 double decker buses.

Herts Essex Energy Partnership • Partnership of 15 Local Authorities • Over 8,886 installs since the HEEP project launched • Free and discounted insulation • Loans and grants for high cost measures • To date the completed installs save 193,728 tCO2 lifetime savings • Enough CO2 to fill 1,104,250 double decker buses • Won the regional NEA footprint award, Green Apple Award and “Best Environmental Project” in the Hertfordshire Green Awards.

East Sussex Energy Partnership • Partnership of 4 Local Authorities • Free and discounted insulation • Up to 100% funded high cost measures • 6,049 installs to date • Over £4,000,000 funding spent to date • 4,373 tCO2 savings • £476,000 annual fuel cost savings for residents • Winner of Green Apple Award.

  7. Warmth for 1000 • Partnership of 7 Local Authorities • Free and discounted insulation • Insulation available for mobile homes and park homes • Up to 100% funding for high cost measures • 1,482 installs to date • £347,000 council funding spent to date • Improved SAP of 1,149 dwellings.
